Then we set up your people with the correct employment type and configure the HR and Onboarding modules. The result is new starters who sign everything on their phone before they walk in.
Short, practical Employment Hero training sessions for owners, managers and the person who runs the admin. We cover the day-to-day: approving leave, running performance reviews, keeping records tidy and pulling the reports you need. There’s no two-hour webinar. Instead, we train on your account, with your people.
Already on Employment Hero but not sure it’s set up right? We review your contracts, policies, employment types and records against current Fair Work requirements. Then we fix what needs fixing and give you a plain-English list of what we changed and why.
Once you’re set up, we stay in your corner. Our Strategic Partner retainers give you an outsourced HR manager who works inside your Employment Hero account. As a result, performance issues, contract changes and people decisions get handled early and properly.
